Cancellation Policy
Terms and Conditions Hirer’s Responsibilities The Hirer agrees to: Indemnity Indemnify and hold BCRC harmless against all costs, claims, losses, or liabilities arising from damage to property or injury or death of any person during the hire period. Care of the Venue Leave the Venue clean and tidy at the end of the hire. Use reasonable care to ensure the Venue is returned in the same condition as at the start of the hire, allowing for normal wear and tear. Access Allow reasonable access to the Venue for BCRC and its employees, agents, or contractors during the hire period. Damage and Breakages Immediately notify BCRC of any damage or breakage to the Venue, fittings, or fixtures. Pay for any loss or damage caused by the Hirer’s negligence. Alterations and Attachments Not attach or fix anything to walls, doors, glass, floors, furniture, or fittings (including nails, screws, tape, or signage) without prior written consent from BCRC. Equipment Not interfere with, modify, or tamper with any electrical installations, lighting, sound systems, or other technical equipment belonging to BCRC. Cancellations Notice Period A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel a room booking. Cancellations can be made online or by phone on (08) 9761 2712. Late Cancellations Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may result in forfeiture of the hire fee paid.
