CRC Support Available for My Community Directory
Building a strong, connected community is easier when everyone can find the information they need, when they need it. That's why the Bridgetown Community Resource Centre (CRC) is encouraging local clubs, volunteer groups, community organisations and not-for-profit groups to get involved with the new My Community Directory and take advantage of the support available to help set up their listings and events.
Already Gaining Momentum
The online Community Directory spearheaded by the shire of Bridgetown Greenbushes is quickly becoming a valuable resource for residents and visitors looking to connect with local services, activities and organisations.
More than just a contact list or community calendar, the My Community Directory is a fully interactive platform designed specifically for local clubs, volunteer groups, not-for-profit organisations and community services operating within the Shire of Bridgetown-Greenbushes.
The directory allows organisations to:
Create and maintain accurate contact information
Promote upcoming events and activities
Share information about services and programs
Increase visibility within the community
Help residents easily find and connect with local groups
Personal Invitations Have Been Sent
Local clubs, groups and not-for-profit organisations servicing the Shire of Bridgetown-Greenbushes who have provided contact details should have received a personalised invitation email to join the My Community Directory. These invitations provide access to set up a directory listing and begin building an online presence.
If your organisation did not receive a letter, it may be because current contact information was not available. Don't worry, you can still get involved. Simply contact the Bridgetown CRC and we will help you get started with creating your listing and sharing your events through the directory.
